Online Banking
Use our Online Banking Service to view balances, check transaction history and print off statements, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*.
Telephone Banking
Our Telephone Banking Service provides you with everything you need to manage your account on a day-to-day basis. Ring for account information, balance enquiries or to set up or cancel Standing Orders and Direct Debits. You can even make one off bill payments/electronic transfers and arrange bankers cheques. Branch Banking
Paying money into your account is straightforward - you can deposit cash or cheques at High Street banks across the
UK including Barclays, RBS, HBOS, Abbey, HSBC, The Nationwide, Lloyds TSB, Clydesdale and The Co-operative Bank.
Just fill in the paying in slip and hand it in at the counter. (This is free at all branches of Barclays, however
other banks will charge for this service)
Payzone
You can also pay cash into your prepaid bank account over the counter at over 20,000 Payzone retail outlets. In most
cases, the cash will be credited to your account the next day providing it's paid before 10:00pm. Only cash can be
accepted at payzone outlets, simply pay in over the counter - you don't need a paying in slip.
Evolution MasterCard® prepaid card
Use your card to pay for goods and services at retail outlets in over 100 countries where you see the MasterCard® acceptance mark
Cash Machine (ATM)
You can use your Evolution MasterCard® prepaid card to withdraw money from any cash machine in the UK or
abroad (Cash Machines charge for this service - cash withdrawal fee 50p UK/£2.50 abroad. Card balances
can be checked at cash machines at no charge)
